The Zookeeper’s Wife

A Holocaust film about a zookeeper and his wife aiding Jewish people in their zoo. The Warsaw Zoo was bombed in the war. They had the ability to help the Jewish people from the Warsaw Ghetto due to their empty enclosures. This film shows us the before, during and after WWII. The story is based on a true events. I enjoyed this movie due to the simple moments depicted. For example, the piano being played or when art is being created. The family helped as much as they could.
